I am a father of two wonderful daughters and work as a teacher in Strängnäs, Sweden. My teaching career started in 2003. As a teacher I have been volunteer working in Nepal, I have traveled to a remote Village in Guatemala and enjoyed many other adventures all around the world!
I teach science, mathematics, english and technology in the middle school but I have worked with kids from preschool to highschool. I got in to photography more seriously in 2004 when I bought my first digital camera, a Konica Minolta Dimage A1. I had it with me travelling through parts of Australia, New Zeeland and south Asia. Not long after that I bought the Konica Minolta Dynax 7D and continued to document my travels and every day events. I stayed with the Sony brand when they bought Minolta camera department and got me the Sony a700 which I still have as a secondary companion to my main camera. My main camera used to be the a77 but in the beginning of 2014 I invested in the a99 which is still my companion beginning 2018.
I still concider myself as a hobby photographer and my goal is to learn more about studio photography and continue developing my documentary skills capturing people in different situations. I don't find myself in a specific corner of photography although most of my assignments have been Weddings and children in the studio. I like to photograph almost anything that passes my camera!
